If you need your product designing or making print ready

Print ready - we will look through your design and check it meets print requirements so it will print correctly

Select Order Print

Check your product(s) & quantity is correct

You have the option to remove products or continue shopping if you wish to add more products

Uploading of artwork and any other information can be added once payment has been processed

Enter invoice address and delivery address

Add any extra information regarding your print or delivery eg: if no answer deliver to next door

Enter payment details to submit your order

You will be sent a full invoice by email for proof of payment or a PDF version can be downloaded from your account page

Before uploading your artwork, we advise you to go to our Print Checklist & Templates page. Here you will find a step by step guide to checking your artwork. Print templates are available to download for you to use to ensure the correct size

Upload your artwork & add any information regarding your print

If you have ordered our design service upload your brief

Design Service

Your brief will be sent to a member of our design team who will work on your design. They will then email you with their designs. Once you are satisfied with your final designs you need to proof read any text and check that everything is correct before it is sent to print

Your print will be sent to production and dispatched within 3-5 working days and sent to you by next day courier service

Tracking your order

Login to your account using the box at the top left of the page

If this is your first order with us you should have received a password when you placed your order by email

Select Your Orders

You will be shown your order details which should say one of the following status messages:

Paid - you have successfully paid for your order. Next we need your artwork to print

Artwork Received - you have uploaded your artwork and print production will be downloading your artwork soon

In Design - if you have added our design service to your order our designers will be designing your artwork

Action Required - we are waiting for a response regarding your order. There should be a note describing our query and an email will be sent to you account email address

Processing Order - your artwork has moved into production. The artwork will have been sent to the plating machine, it could be printed or waiting for to be dispatched

Ready To Dispatch - your order has been packed and should be dispatched the same day

Dispatched - your print has been dispatched by courier
